Returns And Payment Policy

RETURNS:

Due to the handmade and custom nature of these dreamcatchers, wall hangings and decor items, there is unfortunately NO returns or refunds.

We will not be responsible if any piece of a dreamer or décor item becomes damaged due to misuse or if it's handled inappropriately. When purchasing our products, you will know that it is at your own risk and that you understand that it does contain small parts which can be a choking hazard.

All tails, lace, feathers and flowers have been tied (or glued) on tightly, pompom have been trimmed and tied/glued firmly however, if you pull at the wool, it will come out so please be mindful of that.

Please be vigilant when unwrapping your parcel as all items are delicate.

We take pride in what we create for you and package our products to the best of our ability to stop any sort of transit damage. If you do suspect any damage from transit, we can not be held accountable for this.

If your order if for a gift, please check that it is correct when it arrives as we can not be responsible months later if it is not correct. You have 7 days after receiving your parcel to contact me if it needs changing.

PAYMENT:

Payments must be made in full unless discussed with me prior to ordering.

We do not allow layby at this time.
